Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Nature

Alien X sells digital publications that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Because of this, all sales are generally final.

2. Try Before You Buy

We offer a generous free preview of every book so you can evaluate the content, writing style, and format before purchasing. We encourage you to use the free preview to make an informed decision.

3. When Refunds May Be Granted

We may issue a refund at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate purchase: You accidentally bought the same book twice.
• Technical failure: A verified bug or system error prevented you from accessing the content you legitimately purchased, and we cannot resolve it within 48 hours of your report.
• Wrong product: You received a file that does not match the product description due to an error on our end.

4. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Failure to read the free preview before buying
• Incompatibility with your device or e-reader (our files are standard HTML/PDF)
• Claims that the content did not meet personal expectations
• Purchases made more than 14 days ago

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@alienx.app with your order details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

We take fraud prevention seriously. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your account and loss of access to all purchased content. We strongly encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can resolve any issue amicably.
