By accessing or using the Alien X website ("the Site") and purchasing or downloading our digital publications ("the Products"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or purchase our Products.

2. Description of Service

Alien X provides digital publications for purchase and download. We offer a free preview of each book so you can evaluate the content before buying. Purchased Products are delivered as downloadable files tied to your user account.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to purchase Products. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or guardian to use the Site.

4. Purchases & Payments

All prices are displayed in US Dollars and are subject to change. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. You will receive access to your purchased Products immediately after successful payment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within our Products — including text, images, design, formatting, and branding — is the property of Alien X and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

When you purchase a Product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and read the content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from our Products without express written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Distribute purchased Products to third parties
• Attempt to bypass any access controls or payment mechanisms
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site

7. Refunds
